Overview
What it is
A Claude Skill that ingests qualitative research artifacts (interview transcripts, open-ended survey answers, support tickets) and produces a structured readout: top themes, supporting quotes, sentiment, and recommended next questions.
When to use it
After 5+ user interviews or a survey with at least 30 open-ended responses, when you need to share findings with the team within 24 hours.
Who it’s for
Researchers, PMs, and designers running discovery work.
Expected output
A markdown readout with: 1) Executive summary (5 bullets), 2) 3–7 themes each with 2–3 verbatim quotes, 3) Surprises and contradictions, 4) Recommended follow-up questions.

Tips & limitations

- • If you have more than ~15 transcripts, batch in groups of 10.
- • Ask Claude to flag low-confidence themes explicitly.
