Before scheduling discovery calls for a new feature area.

Setup instructions
- Open Claude → Skills → New.
- Paste discovery-kit.md.
- Save as ‘Feature Discovery Kit’.

Example prompts
- Hypothesis: moderators avoid the prep checklist because it feels redundant after 5 sessions.

Tips & limitations
- • Always include at least one ‘tell me about the last time you…’ probe.
- • Pilot the guide with one teammate before live interviews.
