What it is
A Claude Skill that ingests a meeting transcript and produces a structured output: decisions, owner-tagged action items with due dates, and a 5-bullet Slack-ready recap.

After any cross-functional meeting of 30+ minutes.

Anyone running meetings. Especially useful for leads with back-to-back calls.
Expected output
Decisions list, action items (owner + due date), and a Slack recap.
Setup instructions
- Open Claude → Skills → New.
- Paste action-items.md.
- Connect your transcript source (e.g. Granola export).
Usage
Good inputs
- • A reasonably clean transcript
- • Attendee list with roles
Example prompts
- Pull actions from this Q3 planning sync transcript; default owner is the meeting host.
Expected outputs
- • A markdown block ready to paste into the meeting doc and Slack.
Tips & limitations
- • Always confirm owners before posting to Slack.
- • If an action lacks an owner, list it under ‘Unassigned’ — don't guess.
